ASAP stands for Always Say A Prayer
There is no situation, no occasion, and no event for which prayer is not appropriate preparation or an appropriate response. My question is:
Do you always say a prayer?
Prayer should be part of your lifestyle. Here are a few suggestions about when to pray:
- When you wake up in the morning
- Before you go to sleep at night
- Before every meal
- When you hear good news
- When you hear bad news
- When you lose a job
- When you get a job
- Before you leave on a trip
- When you reach your destination
- When you return home
- When the weather is good
- When the weather is bad
- Every time you recognize a blessing in a difficult situation
- When you are unable to identify the blessing in a difficult situation
- When obstacles present opportunities
- When you know what to do
- When you need guidance
- When you receive
- When you are able to give
- When you have peace
- When you need comfort
- When you feel stressed
- When things look like a mess
- When you feel blessed
Prayer is simply conversation with God. Establish a running dialogue with Him, ASAP.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Share the health.
